With a background in business law, I began my career in the legal field before moving into real estate, where I went on to work as a property consultant and later as a manager of independent real estate agencies. This career path has given me broad and in-depth experience of the profession, combining commercial, legal, managerial and entrepreneurial expertise.
With more than 10 years’ experience in real estate, I am now based on the western shore of Lake Annecy, where I work on a daily basis, while also covering the wider Annecy area. This strong local presence, combined with a broader geographical scope, gives me both a detailed understanding of the local property market and the ability to provide a comprehensive perspective on each individual project.
I assist my clients with the sale of both existing and new-build residential properties, charming and characterful homes, as well as luxury and prestige properties, always with an approach based on attentive listening, availability and high-quality advice.
I am also an SNPI-accredited Real Estate Valuation Expert and a member of the Collège des Experts Immobiliers. Drawing on specialist training in property valuation, I provide accurate, well-supported valuations that reflect the realities of the market.
